'the real' health check-in: week 9 (for everyone!)

I managed to hijack the other health check thread with my first post so this is intended for everyone to check-in.

My knee is better but still stiff and a little swollen so I'm taking the week off from exercise and hope I'll be good for some cycling classes next week. Eating, is well, eating. I'm not doing too bad but not doing too great either.

How about you?
