Ravioli Press (not sure if thats even the name) ....Ive seen them on TV they look like and ice cube tray as best to describe....they might be old school or a new gadget but they seem to make a nice shaped ravioli with a nice amount of filling...any input welcome.

Try this website. Fantes has lots of good gadgets. I've ordered stuff before from them; good service.

yes, I understand already the difficulties with low back sofas, and this type of sofa would not be used for the main hosting/living area. Both my husband and I need seating with arms and great back support on a daily basis, but we also have a need for guest beds, nap spaces, visiting children's spaces located in attics/basements/outbuildings that are otherwise primarily studios for working. I happen to be a freak for basic clear geometry in visuals -- circles, squares, triangles --- and have a weird, totally idiosyncratic personal allergy to sofas with tufted buttons, skirting or nailhead trim, so this kind of utilitarian sofa, in the right space, is one I wanted for my files. I really appreciate all the comments and help.

I used to have two of them, which I bought at my local Italian deli. I found them to be more trouble than they were worth (especially the smaller one) and were more difficult to use than making ravioli manually. The single square cutters may work okay, but the only tool I found helpful was a rolling cutter/crimper that made a decorative edge.

If I still had mine, I would send them to you, but I ended up donating them to Good Will.

Eileen:
Fante's of Phila.Or you might see one on Ebay.
I thought you were Italian ?
You are supposed to use a large Tomato can to cut the circles of Dough.
Put in the filling and fold it over and pinch.
Let the kids help.
