Need a super easy hors d' oeuvre idea - please help!

Normally, I would have no problem at all with putting together a single hors d' oeuvre for a party, but there are some extenuating circumstances. Here are the requirements for the party tomorrow night:

Needs to be sort of interesting - this is a very dressy fundraiser cocktail party (no chips/dips, etc)

No refrigeration or heating - and it has to hold at room temp for about 4 - 5 hours.

Need to make enough for 100 people

Not prohibitively expensive (see above)

And nothing complicated or "fiddly", I woke up with flu symptoms, and am barely hauling myself out of bed.

Several of the local restaurants provide hot nibbles - tiny Beef Wellies, Seared Ahi with Wasabi aioli, etc so it doesn't have to be a protein.

Help........ please......

PS - The volunteers provide appys and desserts and this is what has been signed up for so far;

Artichoke cheese squares

Fruit

dessert tray

Lemon Bars

Shrimp Cocktail

Lemon Cheese

Cookies/pastries

2 cakes

Pita & Hummus

Choc Pretzels

Fudge squares

chicken croissants

ham/cheese croissants
