I am interested in research papers that investigate the temperature dependence to a plant's ability to fight off virus infections. At 34�aC, visual symptoms did not develop on the inoculated leaves or on upper, noninoculated leaves and neither viral RNA nor viral-derived siRNAs were detected in samples collected randomly (data not shown). At lower temperatures, lesions developed on the inoculated leaves 2 to 3 days postinoculation (dpi). At 21�aC, lesions were clearly defined and necrotic (Fig. 1A, panel 1)." This paper titled (Salicylic Acid-Dependent Restriction of Tomato ringspot virus Spread in Tobacco Is Accompanied by a Hypersensitive Response, Local RNA Silencing, and Moderate Systemic Resistance) ties together the "RNA silencing" type immune system response with the "Salicylic Acid" type immune response. The following is a key quote from the abstract: "Lesion size and viral systemic spread were reduced with SA pretreatment but enhanced in NahG transgenic lines deficient in SA accumulation, suggesting that SA-dependent mechanisms play a key role in limiting ToRSV spread in tobacco." of course everyone would like a quick fix but nadine01 is right the only way to really lose the flab and tighten those muscles is healthy eating and exercise and it will take time you didnt get flabby over night and you aint gonna be toned over night either believe me i know i was very small in highschool a size 3 but after high school i got married had babies (4 of em in 5 years lol) my youngest in now 11 and im just now getting back in shape part due to the fact that i hate to exercise and i love to eat but i am getting real close to 40 and i have decided to change for me for once just me so i have been eating right, exercising with weights and doing a lot of walking and learning to drink water until about 6 months ago i had not drank a full glass of water since i was a kid i hate the taste of it, still do but i manage to choke it down in 6 months i have lost 40 lbs and 6 inches off my waist :) my goal is a size 5

I used the absonic got good results from waist of 48 to 38 in 3 months the pads wore out after a while and used the absonic the snaps are about the same you have to really work to get them on right but the belt was bigger and got better contact in the last week another 2 inches I had read the reports of how it has to be this massive charge to do any good but since i had gotten injured and couldnt do pretty much any excersize without pain i tried them and for not working I have been in no pain and lost 12 inches of waist or is it waste used it each night from lowest i could go to chest 4 levels and just laid there reading I paid the 130 for the first one and now they are about half its you buck but at 50 dolloars to loose a foot of flab i am pretty happy and will keep using it

@livebetter - I have noticed that my detergent drawer is sometimes slightly open by the end of a wash cycle. It's pushed out slightly less than 1/4 inch (5cm) and it generally happens with a HOT wash, but it does not happen every time. I probably need to call and have this checked. - - - As for the water running out (re: OP), eh, it's a design flaw, end of story. It happens. I once had a first generation Volvo XC70 wagon that had terrible design flaw with it's roof rack; completely useless accessory, but I digress. When it rained heavily and the door or window opened, rain poured right in. Discovered it at a McDonald's drive-in during a downpour. Just by looking at it, I could see where the design flaw existed. Dealer replaced the roof rack to the Euro style and it never happened again. The replacement rack was also utilitarian, which was nice.
