Filo / Phyllo and freezing?

So, I have a box of filo in the fridge. I want to make all kind of stuffed things with it like, apple strudel, etc. In fact I have some in the oven right now filled with 'Cranberry Extraordinaire' and another with potatoes, cottage cheese and spinach.

What is the best way to freeze this type of thing? Shape and freeze raw? Cook all the way and freeze? Or partially cook and freeze?

Which way do you do it and how do you defrost and then reheat? As in, thaw for 3 hours then heat at 350? Straight from freezer to oven, etc?
