Spring Form Pans -Tip

I talked to a woman who has been using SpringForm Pans for years.

She was baking a cake a didn't know to turn the bottom plate over,

so the recess is under and the top of the plate is flush .

Makes it easier to slide a large knife under the cake when it is baked.

The Pans come packed like this and every one assumes this is it.

She thought I should post it on the FF

It is not easy to lock the bottom plate in, when it is turned over.

So I lay it on 2 pencils ( recess down ) .

Makes it the right height to lock the side on.

You can use anything instead of pencils. Just as long as the bottom matches the Grove in the side panel.

Hope I helped someone.
