Sweet & Sour Meatballs a la Electromatic Skillet

I have a pot-luck party to attend Saturday night and believe me it's been a long long time since I made these but they're easy to do and tote. I'll just put em in the fridge overnight and reheat tomorrow. Plus it was a chance to play with my Corningware Electromatic Skillet LOL

Meatballs are pretty straightforward, egg, breadcrumbs, onion etc..

The sweet/sour sauce is a can of pineapple in chunks incl juice, about 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, two cups of water all brought to a boil and about 3 TBSP of corn starch to thicken Then toss in lotsa chopped bell peppers.

I was going to try one my sister mentioned then I confirmed on the web using a jar of Welchs Grape Jelly , a jar of Chili sauce and some water.. maybe next time.. It seems to get rave reviews. Has anyone ever tried that version, I'd never heard of it.

BTW theres about 36 med sized meatballs in that there lovely piece of Corningware HA
