hi i am deb 51 have thyroid problems and tonight my estrogen must be bottomed. i feel fat ugly and feel like moose. i am going back on the south beach, it was not that hard. i had a knee replacement in sept. failed and am doing i again in april. my activity level is getting to null and worse everyday. i am a nurse, played softball until i was 37 catcher and a nurse poor knees. i want to be 145 and am 195 now, any one else doing sb i would love to trade messages and any support messages kindly give and shall return the favor. i am home too much right now atrophing as i speak.
