It came at a wonderful time for me. I was about to use my "pass" card for weigh-in today (WW) because I thought I'd gained a pound or two on my Italian cruise; however, I didn't because I wanted to be accountable and serious about this. Turns out, I lost 1/2 pound!!! Not bad. Of course, I did the planning before I left and I tried to count each point (which is hard when you are eating out every meal for 10 days!), but I did it!
I want to perservere like that gal in the story....one pound at a time.
That was very inspiring for me. I am not losing as fast as I would like, but at least I am trying. I don't get to exercise as I would like with two small children, so that is not helping. Soon, it will be nice and maybe I can chase them around outside.
