May or June will be perfect timing... I won't have any other bulbs in bloom indoors, so it will be nice to have that one flowering! I would assume it's like any other hippi bulb, in that it can be forced if given a dormancy/cold period... it will be interesting to see if yours blooms for you after a cold spell! I'm sure it will, though... it's really quite a pretty flower, and I can't wait to see it in bloom! I just checked, and Fanfare is opening this morning! It's going to be a stunner! I'll get pictures posted as soon as I can! I also notice that the bulb I bought as Apple Blossom from Miejer's this year is another Minerva!! Darn it, anyway!! That makes like 5 Minervas I have, and no White Dazzlers, and one less Apple Blossom!! Nuts! What the heck is with all these mis-labeled and mis-boxed bulbs, anyway??!! I'm so sick of waiting for a particular color/variety, and then have it open another Minerva! Not that I don't like Minerva, but how many Minervas does a person need??!! Unless... this is some weird message from my bulldog from beyond the grave... it's very strange to have all these bulbs opening as Minervas...

I would like the pattern also..please email me if its possible to get it from you..thanks...

I am looking for Fashion Doll Crochet Patterns that will fit Barbie and Kelly. My little girl loves her dolls and loves to undress them but I am having trouble finding appropriate clothes for Barbie and there are almost no outfits available for purchase for Kelly. I have been crocheting for about 2 years (I taught myself) but I have made mostly easy patterns (baby blankets, ponchos). I don't need anything super complicated. Just some skirts that at least come to the knee or pants and a top that covers the belly--something simple that my daughter can get on and off. Thank you dyalmargaret@hotmail.com

When my grandaughter Taylor was little she had a crocheted baby blanket that she carried everywhere...It was always dragging on the floor, getting caught in the car door...all those things. She didn't sleep under it...she just hung on to it. So I thought I'd be smart and make her a small one (doll size) I bought varigated bright neon colors..I thought she'd love it. I just double crocheted rows until I got it to the size I wanted then crocheted a scallop around the edge. She hated it...would have nothing to do with it..LOL..and it took me a loooong time. After she got a little older she used it for her dolly's...but she never was much into dolls until she got old enough for Barbies. patti
