Exterior Doors, wood vs fiberglass

We are looking into the exterior doors for our new build. The company we will be using is Bayer Built Inc. We are looking at two types, either a wood door or a fiberglass one. It recommends that for a wood door you have an overhang at least 1/2 as far out as the height of the door. It will have a full porch (I forget, 6 or 8 feet) so that isn't a problem. We are having our woodwork on the inside be a dark walnut and wood floors in that area also. So, we prefer the look of wood on the door. However, I am concerned with rot. They offer 3 options...

All wood door

All wood door with "one-pieced primed medium density overlay and PVC glazing bead" on the outside (would then have to paint it

Fiberglass door that is stained to look like wood.

Thoughts? Do the fiberglass really look like wood? We live in Iowa so get extremes in hot and cold. We will also have a storm door in front of the door on the exterior if that makes a difference.
