If you care to read I personally LOVE DOLLS because I am one! HA HA HA HA HA! You humans think Toys stay still all day? YEAH RIGHT! I might be breaking the toy laws here but head bear can't stop me! My owner messed up my hair billions of times I always just steal conditioner from my master's master's shower and rinse with warm water and then use the curling Iron from my master's master's dresser. she always comes home and sees me all new again then asks her master 'Did you do this?' then her master says to my Master 'yes honey I did' taking my credit! GRR! oh well. I don't blame my master though she got me out of that dreaded box some one put me in besides shes 5 I hear around the neighborhood that humans don't expect much from 5 year olds. But any ways Is the doll you humans speak of named Anna? I think I know her and she has the same sad problem and story of how she got it... oh no! got to go head bear and Lucy are both looking for me if they see my with my master's master's Laptop I will be sent to the horrid attic! Appleseed, I knew a guy once who buried a 1000# hay bale side ways to improve the soil. He would also add bone meal, magnesium, nitrogen etc at the same time. He was 75 years old at the time and used several methods of gardening in his life. He passed away in his late 80's. Every time I walk by that spot there is a walnut tree about 30' that now produced 3x the crop. At the time I said what a waste I can get you some cow manure and he said I want the good stuff not what's left after the cow takes what it wants. He read lots of gardening books and followed advice from authors such as Louis braumfield , the Robisons "how to make a living on 5 acres", Ruth Stout etc. Braumfield mentioned dark green circles in the fields being large burn piles from when the forests were cleared in this country. Interesting those circles were from more than a hundred years earlier which leads me to believe the concept of biochar is simple and valid. Ruth Stout believed in continual grass mulching with lawn clippings and old hay etc which was the only fertilizer she used. When I was a little boy I learned my gardening methods from him and my parents / grand parents and many other old timers. Some of them poored soy beans in a hole and after several months of smelling hundreds of pounds of stinking soy beans I saw the soil improvements. Tilling in clover or alfalfa we grow is really no different. I know exactly what you mean when you say that a about alfalfa pellets because it does seem wrong but all assets are valuable. I use wood chips, leaves, cow manure etc. Because I don't want any of them to wind up in the land fill and they are valuable resources. Dropping Alfalfa pellets in a hole is a good idea on an organic farm without other materials readily available. The cost is low and the benefit is high. It seems wrong but so did dumping all kitchen scraps in a hole the first time I saw that. Lawn clippings etc is the way to go if you get it from an organic lawn but an organic farmer likely does not want to take the chance on getting chemicals with the clippings used to make the yard beautiful.

I love Excellence also, but like sleeper, my grey roots grow in so fast that I have to dye my hair every 3 to 4 weeks. I too, am not ready to go grey, as I don't have enough to look elegant, like Meryl Streep did in Devil Wears Prada. My grey isn't spread evenly like salt and pepper, it's in odd chunks, so I probably won't stop colouring my hair until it's all grey. I could try a very light blonde so my regrowth wouldn't be so evident against a lighter colour, but I currently use golden blonde, as it gives my face more warmth.

If you want the spiky look, then mousse would probably give you the finish you want. My hair has gotten some curl in it which tends to get unruly in the summer, so I've found "It's a 10" leave in conditioner which seems to control and add a lot of shine. I get the walmart equate version though. I figure if it's popular enough for walmart to copy it, it must be well received in general. This is me on vacation in ID, just toodling around...I also don't color my hair...never have and am delighted to not have to start...yet anyway. But short hair is wonderful. It takes me 30 sec to dry my hair and go. Last thing I want to do is complicate my life. Congrats on the new do!
