How to Tweak Bread Machine Recipe

We bought a new Panasonic bread machine (model SD-YD250) to replace an older one. We are trying to convert our favorite raisen bread recipe, and having problems as shown below, with the top opening up. Our old recipe used 1 cup raisens, 2T butter, and 1/3 cup honey, which did not work on the new machine. I used the Panasonic raisen bread recipe for a starting point, and tweaked it as follows to made a medium (smallest) loaf:

2 cups white flour

1 cup wheat flour

1 tsp. salt

1.5 T. powdered milk

1.5 T. butter

1/4 cup honey

1-1/4 cup water

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. yeast

1/2 cup raisens

This recipe made edible bread with good taste, but the shape was blown out as shown in the photo. I would really like to increase the honey and raisen amounts to those listed for my old recipe, but think that might be going the wrong direction to solve the blown top issue. Can you make suggestions for tweaks to my next loaf? Also, please let me know if this might be a hardware issue, since my loaves, so far, are coming out more brown than I'm used to, even though I'm setting up on the lightest crust option.

Thanks,

Jim
