What 3 pots/pans are most important to your everyday cooking?

I've been trying to figure out what I actually need as far as putting together a traveling kitchen. As much as I'd like something stylish, I settled on my three on a basis of how versatile each pot was individually. (Lightweight and inexpensive got extra points!) I decided on one enameled cast iron skillet, and two different sizes of non-stick woks. I thought I could stir-fry, sear, saute, bake, boil and reheat in these, including making stove-top popcorn (which I do a lot of).

So if you could only pick three, which pots/pans would you deem essential to cooking what you normally do?
