This Prune Cakes does not fit the description of what you are looking for, but it is none-the-less delicious!! Thought since you have someone in the family fond of prunes, perhaps you would like it for future use. Prune Sour Cream Cake Source: "from the back of Sunsweet Prune box" 1½ cups Sunsweet Prunes (use already pitted, soft prunes) 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind 2 cups sifted flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup soft butter 1 cup granulated sugar -- * I use ¾ cup 2 large eggs 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ cup chopped English walnuts Pour boiling water over prunes. Let stand 15 minutes. (Skip this step if using the soft pitted kind.) Drain, pit, and dice prunes. Add lemon and set aside. Grease and flour 9" tube pan. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt; remove 1/4 cup and toss with prunes. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Slowly beat in flour mixture, alternnately with sour cream and vanilla, beginning and ending with flour. Fold in prunes. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Turn 1/3 batter into pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 brown sugar mixture, repeat layering twice. Bake at 350° F. 55 minutes or until done. Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Description: "Coffee Cake Type. Tried and True! Very, very good!!"

2 eggs 2 one-half egg shells of Chicken broth 2 +++ white flour Pinch of baking powder Mix together. Form into all and let rest. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick. Slice to whatever size you want. Cook in pot of boiling chicken broth.

I didn't know which one you wanted so I scanned them all: REMARKABLE FUDGE Butter sides of heavy 3-quart saucepan. Add 4 cups granulated sugar, one 14-1/2-ounce can (1-2/3 cups), evaporated milk, and 1 cup butter. Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage (236ú); stirring frequently. Remove from heat; add one 12-ounce package (2 cups) semisweet chocolate pieces, 1 pint marshmallow creme, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 cup broken walnuts. Beat till chocolate melts, Pour into buttered 13x9x2-inch pan. Score while warm, cut when cool and firm. BLUE RIBBON FUDGE Butter sides of heavy 2-quart saucepan. In it combine 2 cups granulated sugar, one 6-ounce can evaporated milk, two l-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate, dash salt, and 1 teaspoon light corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat till chocolate melts and sugar dissolves. Cook to soft ball stage (236ú), Immediately remove from heat, Add 2 tablespoons butter without stirring. Cool to lukewarm (110ú). Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat vigorously till fudge stiffens and loses its gloss. Quickly stir in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, Push from pan, (don't scrape sides) into buttered shallow pan. Score while warm; cut when firm. OPERA FUDGE Butter sides of a heavy 2-quart saucepan. In it combine 2 cups granulated sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup light cream, 1 tablespoon light corn syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till sugar dissolves and mixture boils, Cook to soft ball stage (238ú). Immediately remove from heat; cool to lukewarm ,(110ú) without stirring. Add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla, Beat vigorously till fudge stiffens and loses its gloss. Quickly stir in 1/4 cup chopped candied cherries, Spread in buttered 9x5x3-inch pan. Score while warm; cut when firm.
