Bluestar 48' or 60'

I have been researching ranges for several years, and lurking on this forum, which has some great information. I have definitely decided on the Bluestar, but have a question. While pricing the two yesterday at a local appliance place, the $5,000 difference between the 48" and the 60" gave me pause. The question is; is the extra 12" really worth the price? We are building and have a fairly small kitchen, so this range will be the focal point, and wall ovens are not an option. I do a lot of baking, so have always enjoyed the two full-size ovens, so have been leary of the companion oven route. If I got the 48", I am leaning toward 4 burners and a 24" griddle (we use the griddle a lot). So, should I give up 2 burners and 1/2 of an oven for $5,000?
