Shoot - time's up already isn't it. What did you pick?

That truly isn't enough time to do research and find a product that you're going to have to live with for many years. You may want to put a temp hold on your project while you go the local appliance store, Expo, Sears, maybe abtelectronics.com etc and see what's out there, then come back here and research those models. Eventually, and it is going to take more than 2 hours, you will find a product that will be, if not a perfect fit - and it might be that too, what you're looking for.

Don't rush this or you may live to regret it.

I've thought of the Electrolux or Kenmore for a wall oven and an Electrolux or KA for the fridge.. thoughts?

There are many threads on this forum on both those brands. Simply put "Electrolux fridge" or whatever search term you want to use in the search box at the BOTTOM of the appliance page and read the threads that come up. You can also start a new post with a request for info from owners who own the appliance you are interested in.

Your KD should not be pushing you to rush these decisions but you should know what you're getting before you order the cabinets

thanks.. last time we did a kitchen I spent 40 hours researching my sink selection-- I just have so much more work to do these days.. less time to spend hours and hours thinking about these purchases.. but they are important, so I'll do a search on here. THANKS.

I mentioned on your other thread to consider a 36" fridge...they are very common in counter depth, so you have a lot to choose from. I don't even know all the brands, but Samsung and Fisher Paykel seem to get decent reviews without being too expensive. I'm sure there are tons more.

As long as your kitchen designer knows you're getting a 36" that will probably keep them quiet for a while, though they might want to know how tall- but that can be adjusted later. I'm assuming you're getting a free-standing model.
