USDA Choice Beef Round

Top Round Roast

It is pretty lean the only fat is what is on top. I usually do an eye round for roasting and a chuck or bottom round for braising. DH bought this and I am not sure what to do with it.

Thank you! Also, I will have half leftover - what would you do with that?
