it will keep all sent emails in your sent folder till you go through and delete them, I never delete all of mine because I often find I have to go back in there searching for something I emailed, I do them by large blocks when I do delete them, however I never use OE, but most clients do the sent mail the same way. It would depend on if those sent mail items were being stored on your pc or on their server if not on your pc then it would not show at all on your disc space, they can often be configured both ways.

well you can get outlook sync programs that will allow you to do that most will cost you for the program I think there are some around with a free trial period. Are the computers on the same network or are they in separate locations like one at work one at home? Also what versions of outlook are on the computers are they the same or different? And to make sure you are talking about OUTLOOK not outlook express or something else right? this would be an example of one type of program this one does say there is a download for a freeware edition at the bottom of page, I do not know anything about it. they also have a home edition vs a business edition. Have you tried popping (as I call it) to your new IP address which would be different from your Verizon IP address, now that you are using Cablevision? Now, I haven't done this in years, as I don't POP email anymore, but Outlook and your ISP should have very specific instructions on how to do this. If you are receiving your e-mail via an e-mail account with Cablevision, their FAQs should have the answer or just do a search for POP3 e-mail on their homepage. If you use IE, you should be able to go under tools and open port 10061 if your security software or modem have disabled it. If you are using a router, you can turn off Windows firewall, which will solve a ton of problems. Check your IE settings. IE thinks most people are too stupid to use the internet and has ludicrous default settings that stop everything from getting in but viruses. Also, it is imperative your modem and router are speaking the same language. On the surface, it would seem so as you can get online. However, you may have to let your router "phone home" and tell it to receive POP3 from the manufacturers diagnostic page.
