Hi Guru's!!
This is an older PC...a 2001 Gateway Select 1200; latest XP SP3; 496MB Ram; AOL Desktop browser v10.1, latest version; using MSE currently for virus protection.
I searched here and through MS. Lots of hits in the MS forums, but I can't see the replies/help?!?!
So...I'm turning here!
ISSUE:
Frequently, when shutting down/restarting, the "Servicehost.defaultGrp" window pops up, and hangs the shutdown process. Signing into AOL's browser often hangs too, when I sign-in to read email.
* I've got the "Hijack This" icons on the Windows desktop (from a previous issue here), so I have this tool available.
Any help is HUGELY appreciated!!

(99% of the time, I'm on the Paint/Homedec. forums here...)
