I hope you used the Norton Removal tool to remove it and thus making sure all NORTON files are gone I can't tell you how many times folks remove NORTON only to have stragglers left behind... It's a fact Norton does not run well on some machines, their is also user confusion using NORTON correctly.. It's also true NORTON is the best for virus file type infections. Pros & cons. On one of the sites I belong to we have a NORTON rep assisting users that would be SWI FORUMS. I have also heard that the NORTON 2008 has gotten better as far as taking up space and using resources.

I had a terrible virus a few weeks ago and Landzdown helped me clear it up. Does this last log mean I'm ok? I wonder why AVG didn't find it? My AVG anti virus was working fine before but now says I'm not protected because the Update failed and A bin file is missing.How do I correct this problem. Should I uninstall SnagIt and then install it again, where does a bin file go when it is missing. Thanks again
