Are you using the touchpad on the laptop or a separate mouse? There's something about scrolling on HP laptops that can be tricky. If you're using the touchpad, there should be a line on the right side that you slide your finger down. This may vary in different models, so if you told us your HP model, it would be helpful perhaps.

The scrolling feature normally is herky-jerky until after the full page has loaded. If you have a slow internet connection such as dial-up, that can be a bothersome problem. Years go, web developers were more kind to dial-ups, but as time passed, the graphic content and ads increased until many webmasters began to program as though everyone had unlimited speed. There is a second hidden feature: the way the internet servers are programmed to operate. The system can tell when it has connected to a slow speed customer and will reduce the amount of time slices allocated to that user, the thinking being that it will be able to keep up and thereby can pass more bits total by giving more play the faster connections. It doesn't always work out that way when the system gets busy; The faster connections gets the lion's share and the dial-up service becomes slower than normal.

I couldn't help myself and broke out the allen keys and wrenches. The issue was a rubber seal around a stamped metal diaphragm. I found a copy of the original manual and called Powermatic. $65 with shipping and taxes and a new diaphragm and gasket are on the way. A bit high of a price for simple parts in my opinion, but the original part lasted 40 years, so it is a small price to pay for 40 years of peace of mind.

I mix it in a shot glass size of water and chase it down with a cup of water to rinse the taste, and that helps me a bit better than the oil. And as I mentioned., smoking helps me to sleep. I did learn that there is a difference in the strain of THC, apparently the sativa strain is one that gives the greater ephoric 'high' feeling, and indica strain is more relaxing. So the guy at the dispensary sold me an indica strain with high cbd. It was kind of mind blowing going in to a pot store-the smell is kind of overwhelming-but the staff were very, very knowledgeable and followed very strictly to the rules-always checking my id, even though I'm obviously well over 21! When I bought the pot to smoke I had to get a pipe and it was only $3! The gram of smoke was $3. You could have knocked me over with a feather-I was completely expecting to spend over $60, figuring a pipe would be a minimum of $20. CBD oil is much more expensive, I guess it's due to the manufacturing process. But I really, really wish that the Feds would deregulate it and let States run it on their own. I know of so many people who use it now for pain relief, and even a lot who use it instead of drinking a cocktail. And no, crime HAS NOT risen in our State as a result.
