The DVD's are awesome! Guess I just don't get out enough...never knew such things were available. Please make a post on what Ina covers on the DVD's. A whole new way to enjoy a cookbook...great present.

The bracelet is beautiful & I like the idea of it being made from sterling flatware. That's just cool. I love silver. I'm sure it will become a piece of jewelry you enjoy frequently...remember, the more you wear sterling the better it looks! Takes on that wonderful patina.

That's a great swap package. The bracelet is lovely. I have seen bracelets made from forks that still had the tines attached - great, funky conversation pieces, but this is timeless. I just may have something like this made from some silver cake forks I have that I never use.

OMG I am so in love with that bracelet. At first when I read the description of a bracelet made of silverware I was not picturing something nice at all. That one is so beautiful. I bet it would suit many peoples styles spot on. Everything else is wonderful as well but the bracelet is stunning.

Part of what I love about this swap is with only 3 items per package every single item sent has been well thought out and wonderful.

Just beautiful! The Ina Garten DVD set is probably the best choice for DVDs available - I did some checking! I would also wear that bracelet (if it fit). I've had Texas wine and really liked it. Some of it is extremely good, but I'm still not that familiar with it. Texas has a somewhat similar climate to Australia or Argentina, both of which produce good wines.

I've already opened the wine, it's very good, although I couldn't describe it to you, i know nothing of wine, just if I like it or not. I like it very much. Trxietx, I am a very happer swapper (that might also be the second glass of wine, LOL!) but I "clink clink" mine and Larry's wine glasses to you and I thank you very much for such memorable and terrific gifts!

I've never seen silverware jewelry before. That's so pretty and classy looking. Unique, too.

I watched the DVD last ninght! "brunch n lunch." I only made it to the first episode, the wine made me sleepy! She made a frittata with smoked salmon! My grandma used to make something like that but she called it "lox, eggs and onions" and never looked as pretty as that one did! It looked great, and really easy!

She also made Banana Crunch Muffins, it had bananas, coconut and granola mixed in! Bloody Mary, fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Vanilla Yogurt and Orange Marmalade Butter for some rolls she served. A whole menu. The recipes are on the food network site. Have to try the muffins. Have to try it all! It looked so good! Then I don't remember the next show at all :) but the beauty of this is I can watch it over again to see exactly what she did!

She's a pretty easy going hostess, before I nodded out, I noticed when she sat down and the camera pulled away from the table, she wasn't wearing any shoes. That's an informal brunch :) Nice and comfortable!

When I read on the cookbook thread that you like Ina Garten, but already had a copy of her new cookbook reserved I started looking on online at her cookbooks. So, Jessy you will have to share the credit with foodnetwork.com.

It was a toss up on wine or peanuts for regional, but after thinking about peanut allergies, decided to go with the wine.

I had intended to send salsa for the homemade category, but when I saw the silverware bracelet at the craft show I changed my mind immediately.

May, I bought the bracelet in Amarillo at a craft show, but it was made by a man in Wichita Falls. I thought he really did pretty work. He had bracelets, earrings and key fobs. But, I didn't even pickup a card with his name on it and wish I would have. I would like to get some more for Christmas.

Carol, I hope you will enjoy your bracelet and DVD's. I am assuming that the wine is gone or almost. LOL

trixietx, you made a terrific choice with the DVD's! I actually have all her cookbooks. I really enjoy Ina's style of cooking and I enjoyed one of the DVD's already. She has a very relaxed style, totally different than I do, trying to do ten things at once!

The wine is almost gone, LOL! I saved some to use in a dish sometime this week.

You know what's nice about this swap is, long after the jams and jellies and wine is long gone, all someone has to do is look at their cookbook, or DVD, or bracelet or bowl or whatever they have to be reminded of such a nice group of such generous people! Will has started to watch Ina with me - too. He likes her as the first episode he saw was when she was making a picnic for a dog's birthday - lol. She immediately earned his respect.
