Any new electric range that doesn't click? Help!

We've been without a freestanding electric range now for six months, surviving on a single induction burner and our toaster oven.

We had purchased a new GE Profile electric range, however unlike our old $500 range, the GE, like most new ranges, turns the broiler element on and off every minute or so, and also turns the convection fan clockwise and then counter clockwise. Each time this occurs there are four loud clicks when the relays switch. Hence it had to go back (an ordeal in itself).

What we want is either a range that doesn't use twenty five cent relays that sound like crickets in a rain forest, or does not turn certain elements/fans on and off while baking.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. We've tried many brands and contacted virtually all of the customer service dept's and every range we've looked at has both crappy relays and rotates the elements on and off.
