Strange problem -- Photobucket

I have a photobucket album I use to store pictures from my computer.

Problem: For the last couple of days when I hit the "download multiply items" tab, the whole thing, page, connection everything, disappears.

Anyone else experiencing this problem, any suggestion for a fix?

I tried to recreate your issue, but I cannot find 'download multiply items'. Where are you on Photobucket when you see that?

Lotodig, Are you trying to UPLOAD pics to an album?

I don't see "download multiply albums" either. What I see are several choices as to how to add pics to an album. If you have a lot to do at one time, choose "new bulk loader." Then you can choose where to get your pics from. For instance I used "My Pictures." All the pics you have in My Pics will pop up in a row/s, then you choose which ones to upload.

Works fine. Try it.

Hello Greg!!! You are correct it is "Cape Hatteras"...sorry about that...WE here in VB consider it to be so close and us locals call it "Hatteras" also called by locals as "Hatteras Village" it is the most southern point of the Island...the ferry to Ocracoke is nearly yards from where the picture was taken. So if you want to sound "local" LOL...call it Hatteras!!! AKA "HWY 12" It is one of the best places to take a vacation!!! Great Sun, surf and great fishing!!! That trip we caught many Bullnose Dolphin aka as Mahi Mahi...ahhhh makes me hungry thinking about them!!! They also have a great run on Tuna in the early part of the season...as well as White and Blue Marlin Wahoo too! Sorry to get off topic...just thinking about summer and how much i love deep sea fishing!!! How have you been Greg? I was up in your area yesterday (LGA) and had a wonderful time with all of those storms!!! What a day!!! How are all of your palms? I just brought in two of my Ponytails, and my big Agave...almost to close for comfort with the low temps...but they are alll fine. Now everything is inside for the winter...My hubby can't seem to adjust right yet...he seems to think that he's in a jungle!!! LOL...Then once springtime comes around, and I put them all outside...he says that the house looks bare!!! LOL...I really need a greenhouse..."Hope santa is listening" LOL Take care everyone!!! Socks, no, I haven't asked anyone else; didn't want to risk opening the whole site up to any and every one. And now I see what the problem is. Thanks, though. Sue, I've been all over PB, and can't even find Log In. But in all that clicking up top, I finally saw some things to click on. One is a tiny key, which I had to use my magnifier to identify it with. It says No login data found for this page. I have also seen muted boxes that say This person has moved or deleted this page, or image. Sounds like my profile has gone missing. I've tried to rescue it, but it isn't working. For one thing I don't think I'm using the right password. I must have changed the first one sometime, and have a newer one, but it doesn't work either. I'm wondering if making the change from XP to WIN7, wiped it out. I'll have to spend some time with it I guess and hope to fix it before long. Thanks, and I'm sure your instructions would have been right, but it looks like I was beating a dead horse, or rather a real sick one. So, how are you doing these days? I haven't been watching your weather, bad enough to watch it here. Even my DS in SC says they have had snow and freezing temps. KIT Sue

I did not use the right terminology when describing my problem...sorry.
what I should have said was--when I try to upload several photos and click on where it says "use our faster bulk up loader". (This is located on the main page towards the top where it says "upload images and videos", it's at the bottom of that square.)
I have used this many times but like I said when I tried to use it today and yesterday I would lose the whole connection. Poof - gone. Can't figure it out.

I have been having problems with PhotoBucket too.
One of which the "Choose Files" button wouldn't show up and one where when I click to delete, nothing happens.

Does the window close or just go blank, lotodig? It took about five minutes (not an exaggeration) for Photobucket to load my entire My Pictures folder. That is what it's trying to do. Do you get any errors?

Yes Urlee, thats the exact spot..........when I click on there the whole connection (page) goes blank. Its just like shutting the browser. No warning, error message nothing, it's just gone. Like I said I have used it many times before. If you can figure it out please let me know.

I always use 'old uploader' because I experience the same 'hang' with the bulk option.
