Miele MasterChef Baking Pros - Box Cake Tests Revealed - HELP !!!

Per your advice, I conducted four cake mix tests on my Miele. Results I DIDN'T expect! I tested four boxes of Duncan Hines Yellow Cake mix on each of Miele's four baking modes except for Intensive. I baked per box instructions,350 degrees - using shiny pans - baking for the minimum time - 33 minutes. The surprise: for each cake test that I conducted, no matter what baking mode I used, ONE LAYER cooled with a visible, off center depression that could be seen on both sides of the layer which ultimately caused a weak spot and cracking. (Depression did not form until sufficiently cooled.) Since the oven was neither too hot nor cold in any test (I used a Taylor mercury-like thermometer) I was shocked. This never happened before. Since this was a cake mix test and happened four times I believe it's an oven issue, but what???

Other results:

Convection Bake at 350 - Layers overbaked, peaked and cracked and depression

Convection Bake at 325 - MasterChef setting - Excellent except for depression

Surround Bake at 350 - Excellent except for depression (a little lighter crust color than 325 Convection but smoother top)

Bake at 350 - Good, could have used a few more minutes of baking, smooth top

So if I call for service what do I tell them the problem with my oven is??? HELP!!!!!
