heat in bathroom remodel

I am remodeling 6x10 bathroom in 100 year old Minneapols house. I was hoping to be able to remove old steam radiator for space...plus it tends to get almost too warm in room with the door closed after a while. For new heat source I hoped to just have heated floor (3'x6' electric mat) under tile and Panasonic WhisperWarm Fan for shower (and for when I want to be warm in bath without heating the whole house up). Three walls are interior to house with heat pipes in walls going to 2nd floor on north and south side...so get a little warmth from that. Only east wall is cold - exposed in unheated back porch. Anyone know how I can tell if this will be enough warmth? I get conflicting answers from handyman/contractors.
