I'm not sure about Windows 7, but can you go to Start in lower left hand corner and then choose Log Off, and then choose Switch User? Once you get to the Administrative User account, you can then delete the Temp Profile.....that's if I'm understanding you correctly. Orrrrr...... check out the link below. @fruitjarfla. purposes Great for Internet connection issues! One thing nice about .bat files is windows will run them. In the .bat file between the stars, it's just a set of commands that windows will recognize. You must use Notepad to copy it into to run the file. The first thing it does is checks the Host file, the attributes -h -s -r. Then it checks the local host 127.0.0.1, all computers use that as a local host, that's your home. If you would have jumped in earlier and told her to boot to Safe Mode and run MBAM this is what would have happened. All programs would have been gone and the malware would have won! Some malware does not even run in Safe Mode. Most of the threats now days installs a rootkit. Tell me..how do you remove a rootkit? If your are as good as you think you are then you would know the answer! If you were a professional then you would know that ASC is bad because it includes a Registry cleaner.
