We're on our third de Dietrich Cooktop and I think it's going back as well. The left front burner makes the most horrible sound even after it's been off for 5 minutes.

The first one was getting too hot and the second didn't work on the right hand side. Supposedly this was tested in the showroom before being sent so understandable I do not want another.

Please tell me what you have, why you like it, and most importantly, if available, the size of the cutout in the counter.
