There are a lot of news stories on it, and even a website devoted to sludge issues. Here is a story from OCA and the link to Sludge News. The People Who Want You to Believe Toxic Sludge Is Good for You Members of the Organic Consumers Association staff went undercover to a meeting of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission employees and the toxic sludge industry last week. What we found surprised us. We figured, in such a green city, that SFPUC employees would keep an arms length distance from for-profit sludge companies like Synagro that make their money dumping city sludge on rural lands. We thought that they would be trying to figure out green alternatives to flushing waste away with clean drinking water. Little did we know. SFPUC, Synagro and CASA, the state lobbying group for all of California's city sewer commissions, are mounting a coordinated effort to salvage the business-as-usual practice of flushing household and industrial waste away with clean water and then contaminating farmland with toxic sludge leftover when the water is removed. They see San Francisco's sludge giveaway program as an essential component of their national campaign to build public acceptance for the disposal of toxic sewage sludge on yards, gardens and farms. They will fight any effort to shut the program down, and specifically named OCA allies the Center for Food Safety and RILES, who filed a legal petition with the San Francisco to stop the sludge giveaway, as enemies of their campaign. The scary thing is, this public-private trifecta is well-resourced and unscrupulous. The Synagro rep boasted of earning the support of a local university for a toxic sludge project by promising a $25,000 yearly donation. The CASA rep talked about using "Congressional funny money" to fund studies that would provide science that backed-up the industry. And, the SFPUC rep, the public employee, stood by them smiling and nodding as they applauded her for not backing down in the face of public opposition to the contamination of San Francisco's green space with toxic sludge. http://salsa.democracyinaction.org/dia/track.jsp?v=2&c=EeX%2Fe1RJUWKt8QhKYN%2BukBxKH%2BWklaGt Click the link to read more. Having same engine idle problems. 92 chevy Scottsdale 5.7L, 104,800 miles.Starts and runs great but, when it warms up setting in drive with foot on brake, the engine surges. Idles down then back up (like a stuttering). Sometimes, when driving between 35 and 40mph it will do a little hesitation, but when I give it gas it smooths right out. I have replaced TPS, engine temp sensor, plugs, wires, 02 sensor. new fuel filter, disconnected the EGR vac (No difference), tested MAP it is good. So,a few months ago I had a new Distributor put in, it seems this is when my problem started. No saying this is the cause, but yesterday when when starting it for the first time and after a min or so the distributor started make that sound again (bearing) after engine warmed up it stopped making the noise. So I m thinking I have a crappy distributor. And yes I put in a Carquest dizzy. Had no choice the 3 auto stores around here all have crappy after market parts so I thought Carquest was the better choice. So it looks like I will be replacing this dizzy with a AC Delco if I can find one. Maybe you guys can check you distributor for your problem. Hope my impute helps someone. any feed back advise is welcomed. Email me jdcron@wmis.net as I may not see your response.

I just quickly looked at office depot.. Really lots of monitors, almost all are under 200 dollars. LED only is a slight diff for newest stuff. LED supposed to be quicker, brighter, more colorful & use something like 40% less energy than lcd... way longer life too than fluorescent back lighting on lcd's. All I looked at seem to have hdi & vga outputs. My TV was bought right before hd.. hybrid digital / analog huge thing. Analog 4x3 screen, sort of square looking.. that shows wide screen with black border above & below the video for wide screen broadcasts. Regular full screen now is mostly commercials. Odd at first.. but now its normal to me.

Love, love, LOVE, the marble. Thanks for posting the extra pictures. I have a little marble in my kitchen and desk area but I really like yours. Our bathrooms are very small (1930's small house) so I only have a tub/shower in the hall bath. The master is a small shower only. That's why I hesitate to take out the only tub in the house. I've just about decided to do it. If it's really wrong I guess I can always have a tub installed when we decide it's wrong. Here are pictures of my kitchen. After seeing your island a different color than the perimeter cabinets I may have to paint mine. I really like yours. I am not really happy with the wall colors in these rooms but haven't fallen in love with a different color so I haven't changed it yet. http://www.pbase.com/cjw/my_finished_kitchen
