Okie dokie y'all--I finally got 'er done---well, the totems. I have the flowers done but they still need their backs glued... I found a great spot to photograph each one--and each now has it's designated "stick" to display them in a yard. :-) AH, it feels so good to have them done. When I get them TOTALLY together I will have 13 of them stockpiled. Now, on to fine tuning all my drip system and timers and all connections..... Go see the totems on my webpage (scroll down past the videos to the 3/26 album and click underneath the pictures posted to see all of them!). Oh in the photos I posted a picture of my "office" where the computer is and our desk. Yep, it's a catch all but we get a lot of work done there! Also is a picture of my workstation for my totems (kitchen counter). Last Saturday my hubby Todd planned a (we never really named it) "Being a Man" night with some older men we know from church for Sean since he just turned 16. I still don't know what all was said since Nathan and I hightailed it out of there so they could have their "guy" time. Love, Jules Here is a link that might be useful: Jules' totems

thanks for the picture and many thanks for the "bump." I've heard it refered to before, but was a bit clueless about it. (Oh great...just realized...I'm about to get sucked in to a new area of the forum. Like I have the time. LOL)

We went with Blockbuster online because at the time it was less expensive than Netflix at the time. Now that they've raised their rates to the same as Netflix I don't mind since I can return movies to the store on the way to work and they get counted as checked in a day or two faster. Also, I get coupons for a couple of "free" store rentals each month. Still, being summer I'm not renting as many. Mostly I'm getting old comedy series, e.g. Kids in the Hall and Strangers With Candy and special interest documentaries like The God Who Wasn't There and Walking with Prehistoric Beasts, cable stuff I don't get like Penn & Teller's BS and of course a lot of mainstream movies. I agree about Walk the Line. Quite good but seemed much like Ray. (We tend to get Academy Award nominees/winners for the few months after the ceremonies) And as for 28 Days Later, that was fun to watch with my epidemiologist. We laughed our butts off. Atrophying biddies. That's funny! What is it about fussy, ugly flowers that draws that crowd?

Garden web was first on ivillage, which nbc purchased in 2006, until in 2013, i village was swallowed by today.com, which at around 2014 decided to drop( yes up for sale but no longer wanted by nbc) the GW forum. GW went live on houzz in Jan. 2015. Gw was looking for a new server to Save it, because short of a purchase today.com no longer planned to sustain it and that is why houzz was able to acquire it. Really, dispersing only half of stories and the side you like is misleadingly unhelpful. Also not acknowledging houzz' prompt response and repair to our gripes is plain rude. blfenton, I never did the three step sign up thing the other day maybe that is why it was back on my page.
