Bluestar nova or ultranova ?

I'm planning to order a bluestar, and I don't think I'm going to be able to visit a show-center beforehand.

I do a lot of Wok cooking, and it makes more sense to me to use the center burner for Wok cooking, instead of the outside. it gives the hood that much better coverage.

(For the record, the Bluestar is 36" 6-burner rangetop, and the hood is a Best-by-Broan 36" at 1200 CFM. I plan to mount it at 37" above _countertop_, not _cooktop_, so I don't ever bang my head on it.)

I've been talking with Bluestar about swapping the front-center Nova burner (15K BTU) for an Ultranova burner (22K BTU). The cost is quite low.

The only downside I can see is if the low setting on the ultranova is too high, and I'm stuck using back-burners only for things that require moderately low heat.

Can anyone tell me how the nova burner and ultranova burner compare, especially on the low setting?

Many thanks!

Still wandering.
