I loved needplumbingsupplies, I would stay away from homeclick and absolutehome. Look on bizrate.com and buy from blue ribbon sites. Always read the fine print including their return policy.

ewins was great and had the best prices when I was doing my buying of Toto toilets and sinks.

I've bought from both ewins and homeclick, both via their ebay stores. No problems either time. Their ebay prices were a little less than their regular website prices at that time, maybe they still are.

I've seen better pricing from other online retailers, but I am comfortable buying my 6 Toto lavatory sinks and 6 Toto toilets from Cowan Supply located in Atlant, not far from Toto. They are an authorized dealer for Toto and were very reasonable sounding regarding possible damage/returns/defects, etc. We want to order now, but not take delivery until 1st week in Dec. and won't move in and use the items until March 2008. Cowan will still honor taking back items that leak or had hairline cracks that weren't able to be seen on normal inspection at delivery. check them out and call for confidence. www.cowansupplyatlanta.com

I bought 2 Toto Ultramaxes from Faucet Depot, but on ebay. I got a decent price and free shipping. They were fast and I had no problems.

Don't order too far in advance. They usually arrive in just a few days. If you need to return some have a 30 day return policy.

I had a Toto Drake in my hotel for six months but could not find a good deal. I ended up changing from Toto to American Standard because of price and delivery for a toilet that performed identically. The only good price I could get online was for delivery three months later.

The American Standard Cadet "3" has the same performance as Toto except all the AS models have the antimicrobial glazing. Base price at Home Depot is about $130. I have had one in my house for about 15 months and it's great. Kohler Cimmaron works very well but I don't know anything about the models or glazing or variety of models. I've had a Cimmaron in my hotel for 4 months. It works very well and is very quiet.

I bought my toto ultramax toilet in a custom black color from homeclick 3 yrs. ago. I had NO problems whatsover. And I also SAVED A BUNDLE. I had other delivery problems with a hansgrohe showerhead from them, but the toilet was on time and on schedule.

Remember, your manufacturer of choice has a lot to do with delivery from Homeclick. Sometimes, Homeclick can only deliver what the manufacturer will deliver. I came out ahead.

When ordering from online, you can only win. However, you must order well ahead of time to be sure that you'll win. In my state, sales tax is 9.5 percent. Online, I don't pay sales tax. Homeclick runs holiday sales that are 10% off. Add that to the sales tax savings for my state, and i get nearly 20% off with free shipping.

Since the big box stores charge shipping and delivery, obviously I save with Homeclick.

"When ordering online you can only win", not true! I was on the kitchen forum as a regular about 2 years ago. We had many debates about purchasing from homeclick, but the posts have fallen off the site. I ordered from them once and had to return and was charged a huge restocking fee.
After my bad experience with them this time around I only bought my Kohler toilet online. I bought everything else local with a contractor's discount. I didn't want the stress of some of the online retailers. I did use needplumbingsupplies and they were great. I know many of you bought from homeclick without any problems, and just as many posters were unhappy with their customer service.

It's your call, but I'd choose someone else.

Although it has been a couple of years, I used Ewins through their ebay store and got a lot of 3 Toto toilets for what 2 would normally cost. Their delivery and product were both great.

I didn't mean to imply that you can "only win" if you buy from Homeclick. Remember, I'm one of the ones who had a major problem with delivery of a shower head from them, though they made it right later.

I meant that the sales tax savings and free shipping on some items (many online retailers do this) can be almost a 20% savings right off the bat from many online retailers. Plus they deliver right to your door. I would also check out Overstock and Amazon.

I wouldn't be afraid to order online. Aside from the bargain I got at Homeclick on the toto ultramax, I also found another retailer that had great prices on them -- Cowan Supply in Atlanta. Ewins is also another one that does great pricing on totos.

The savings is great as long as you don't have to return the item and get socked with a restocking fee. You just have to be careful as you would with any other retailer. Some people just see a great price online and jump on it without checking out their return policy.
