Call the air line let them know what the issue is. As far as the printer the only thing I could suggest is to reinstall the printer software or download the printer form the manufactures site.

Is the printer installed in your printer folder? Sounds like the default or maybe the only printer there is a document writer which will only print to a file.

I am not yet savvy on Windows 7 but I bet others can tell you how to access the Printer's list and set the default printer to your actual printer.

In the control panel under 'Hardware and Sound' click 'view devices and printers' then right click on your printer and make it the default. Or click the start button and type 'printers' in the search box. The first listing in the window that opens up will be 'devices and printers' which you can double click and open there.

Just as an FYI, you can always reprint copies of boarding passes at the airport. If your airline has a self-serve kiosk, just swipe a credit/debit card in your name and answer the questions. I believe that Spirit is charging people to do that but for most of the other carriers, it's free.

I have my printer working now.. It was a setting we missed. I just happened to see it.
I think I can say that most of my computer problems are solved thanks to a lot of help.
I am still having some issues with Thunderbird 6. I sure don't like it or it isn't working right one.
