You suggested remove the adobe reader from it and instead download pdf-xchange it does not have all the security problems that adobe reader does
On my currently installed programs ( add/ remove programs ) there is no place to click to uninstall Adobe Reader 9.1.2 On the same line it only gives the size 222.00MG. I wonder why?
did you click on it to highlight it? once you do that it should then give the options to remove does that not happen?
you can also look under start, all programs, find it there in the list and see if it has a remove option you may have to cursor over it to see if any options pop out.
Yes, I high lighted adobe, no options to remove program On start programs there is no pop out options to remove it either. Thanks, for your help, guess I'll just keep it as there is no other choice and it is really not that important.

Historically AR is extremely difficult to remove from a a system and in my opinion it has gotten worse. I recommend to users that they use REVO to uninstall it. In my experiences REVO does a quick and complete job removing AR. The only requirement is a user has to be selective in removing only AR related registry entries during that phase of the removal process. It is not difficult and when in doubt don't.
