If you are sending to the same people each time and are using OE Express, you can open your address book, click on new/new group...name the group and then select the address that you want added to this group.

I want to send the same e mail to many people at once,,,can I copy and paste the e mails???? Guess I didnt make it clear....

The answer is "yes" you can cut and paste. But if you are going to be sending future emails to the same list of people, you can also create a group that contains them all and use that instead of highlighting (copying) and pasting individual names.

TY for the info,,,,can you tell me how I go about making a group??? Can I just make a list of all th e mails and paste in the whole list??? Im still a little confused....

ok do you have your friends/ colleges email info set up in your address book in your email client? If you have an address book set up with the email address of the people you want to send email to then you should never have to type in their address in the send to area. just click on the address book and select them from there and choose to send to. Most email clients allow you to just click on the TO: at the top of the email form and it automatically opens the address book for you to click on all the names you want to add to that email(it looks like on incredimail there is a little envelope looking thing next to the TO: you would click on that), it will send the email to all the ones you select. When you are doing that, sending to multiple people it is courteous to use the BCC feature instead of the TO feature that way the names and addresses will not be shown to everyone, blind carbon copy. It keeps your friends info private.
I know nothing about incredimail but every email client is pretty similar so those methods should work.

To create a group you can usually do that in your address book area, select new then group, go down the list in your address book ticking off the people you want in that new group. it will add them to the new group but leave them in your regular address book too. When you want to send the email to everyone in that group just go to your address book and select that group to send to.

I give each person a nickname and just type the nick into BCC. Usually when I type the first letter it automatically finishes for me. I don't use the group thing very often because I like things more personal. I don't like to receive group mailing, usually it is just forwards.

The "address book" feature is a part of your e-mail software. It should be accessible thru the toolbar at the top of your program. Look for an "address book" icon. The whole point of having and using the address book function is so that you don't have to type in your friends' addresses over and over in the "to" window. You can just go to the address book, and select the addresses you want to send the mail to. One person or a whole bunch, whomever you like. Most address books have a protocol for adding names and e-mail addresses. Once you have done that, from then on all you have to do is click on a checkbox in front of the name and it will automatically create an e-mail addressed to that person. You can write the e-mail first and then decide who to send it to, or address it first, it works both ways. Once you start e-mailing a lot of people, you really might want to learn to use this feature.

Once you get those basics down, then you can learn to send out "group e-mails." A group is sort of like your own private e-mail list. Let's say you want to make an e-mail list of all your cousins on your mother's side, if you have them in your e-mail address book. That way whenever there's a family event you can just click on the group name and the e-mail address book program will automatically address the e-mail to everyone in that group.

These features save time and typing. Doodle around with them and give them a shot. It's a lot easier to type an address into the address book than to type it over and over. Especially if you aren't a fast typer.
