Hey, that looks really nice. I like the pattern on the floor a lot and the lighting- I assume there is the mirror image (pardon the pun) over the other sink.

alisande, This is my first year growing cucumbers, and they are a hoot. Must be my imagination, but they seem to go from a tiny "pickle" to 8 inches long in a week. Surely, this can't be true, and I've got to pay more attention, but in the photo above, I was really stunned to find four of the Burpless that had developed so quickly. Guess I am used to the long cycles for tomatoes and Peppers. Ben, I will concur that Goose Creek is more "sensitized" to disease versus a variety like Big Beef (above), so that is why I grow a range of varieties. Next Season, I am going to try to isolate the Goose Creek Tainer far back in the yard to see if separation from the other tomato plants will help it resist fungal disease a bit better. Raybo

ausbirch, No shot of the Hot Tub (the Yellow Ducks have taken it over)! I did 3 CornTainers for the first planting - total of 45 seedlings. I am getting about 20 ears of corn on average, from each 'Tainer. I have another 4 'Tainers now developing for a mid-Summer harvest. Shortly, I will be replanting the 3 original 'Tainers with new seedlings for an October crop. I am enjoying watching the cucumbers grow, as they seem to add an inch per day of length to the cukes. I'm going to try to grow them well into the Fall / Winter here as I was able to keep Snow Peas growing through January last year. (Now, back to fight with the Yellow Ducks to reclaim "The Pond"). You shouldn't be getting an "invalid url" message from the html link (3rd box in list, under each picture). As soon as you left click within the 3rd box it will say copied, you just have to come back to your GW post, right click and select copy. You can then preview your GW message to see if it worked right. I've gone to your album and the lily pictures don't seem to be too big so I wouldn't worry about resizing those particular ones. If someone doesn't come along to save the day, you could always link directly to your album from the GW linking provided under the message composition box. From your photobucket album, copy the website address from the top of your screen and put that in the "Optional Link URL:" box and then for the name of the link you just call it My album (or something similar) Hope that works :) Here is a link that might be useful: Ellix

Thanks for all the nice comments. Hoyamom, no the pumpkins aren't real, lol! They were a Tuesday Morning buy way back in June! Cheap! Glad I bought them! I've used them outside as well on the front porch. That wooden bowl on the shelf underneath was another buy at Homegoods last year. I was on the lookout for a dough bowl when I saw this and loved it! The glass hurricanes I bought last week at Old Time Pottery. I gathered everything I could that had the colors and feel of Thanksgiving and played around. I am enjoying it because there was NOTHING on the sideboard except for dust! The DR was a little ignored. Anyway, thankyou and enjoy everything you all have been working on in your nests!

Wow, I *can* be a bit of a minimalist when it comes to pattern and tile, but I love the walls and floors on their own, and REALLY love way you've managed to make them play so nicely together!

Having both the dark and light (white) elements really keeps the room in balance for me.

Congrats on the finish -- know your guests will enjoy it!

Thanks to you all for the nice compliments. I have to admit though, I'm really not enamored with the wall paint color. It's BM Bar Harbor Beige and I think it's too light.

DH and I went back and forth and finally I took my tile samples to the paint store and let a designer choose the colors. DH says a darker color will make the small bathroom too dark but I think the white fixtures and light ceiling will balance it out. Besides, I think a deeper color will set off the reflective glass tile better. Bearing in mind I took the photos went it was dark outside, what do you think?

I agree that a darker wall paint would blend nicely. At least that's something you can do at a later time. You did a beautiful job! The glass tile is great and I like the classic look.

Yes, I'm afraid I have to take the credit/blame for the 'interesting' tile patterns. I don't know what came over me. I bought the software Bill recommends for designing tile and then I went a little nuts. I guess I was thinking I needed an unusual pattern on the wall since the color is so neutral. And then I couldn't make up my mind between clear and matte glass tile so I used them both.

I always want to do something a little cutting edge but in the end it winds up being more 'classic'. I guess I'm not as adventurous as I would like to be.
