problem with contacting Gardenweb

I tried to send in a "Contact us" form, and instead of going thru and sending me a "Thank you for contacting Gardenweb" page, I get a pop-up referring to a mailform cgi that wants info on opening it and downloading. Sorry but I cannot send a screen shot, that's only showing the "Contact us" form and not the popup.

This seems to be different overnight.

Try to do it with a different browser. Same result or different?

I got some nonsense about a cgi posting a routine new topic over on bird watching.

hmmm. thought I replied to this earlier...must have had a SM. Anyway, emails sent via GW have not been reliable for months, maybe a year or more. Since I am an active trader, when I start a thread, I ask that traders reply to the thread, and email me. I also ask that if they do not receive a reply from me, to please get my email addy from the form here at GW, and then to email me privately (non GW). Many members choose to not let their email addy be seen by other members, and that only means that chances are, they will not be able to always be reached, due to the unreliable email here. It has been reported repeatedly (I believe) but doesn't seem to have high priority at getting fixed...that or it is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Maybe once the new THS server is up, running, and trouble free, some other things can be given some attention...or maybe the new server will even fix the email snaffu. Who knows? Sue

I have no idea why you are seeing that because the page is indeed there and working fine, I have used the link on 3 computers to check. Here is a direct link to the easylist Add EasyList to Adblock Plus or you can do it from with in adblock plus add filter ("Tools" -> "AdBlock Plus Preferences..." -> "Filters" -> "Add Filter Subscription...") select easylist from the list apply ok. Choosing a filter subscription I know some people do use easylist and fanboy together however there in the directions from the creator they do state not to use those 2 in combination. "As a rule of thumb, you should not use filter subscriptions with overlapping competencies. For example, using EasyList (mainly targeted at English-language sites) with an EasyList supplement for your region (like RuAdList for Russian sites) is fine. However, Fanboy's List (another list with main focus on English-language sites) shouldn't be used in combination with EasyList."

I copied and pasted a quote and I had to allow it to download something and I had blank pages on my desktop.
