Adding new folders

I cannot add new folders to my documents or my pictures. What could be preventing me from doing this?

I am not allowed to add plugins to corel/plugins, it says
I don't have administrative rights. I am the administrator!!
What else do I need to change and where?

Hughes Net is my internet provider, I use Windows 7.

I would put shredded manila folders into my compost bin, and in 90 days I would expect them to be fully decomposed. So Yes, go for it. Bill Hill

Your pix were fabulous!! There were a number of cultivars that I have on order on the way or have already arrived this year. Your pix really helped me see what I hoped I was getting and some of your pictures were even better than my hopes. Would you share what camera model you used or is that asking too much? They are amazingly sharp and the color is sooo much better than others I have seen. Wish you were doing catalogs for some of the nurseries. Great pleasure enjoying your gift.

If you are certain that your account is an Administrator account, adjust your User Account Control settings. Go to Control Panel and click User Accounts. You should see a link to User Account Control (although I've seen computers that required you to click User Accounts again, either way works). Move the slider bar all the way to the bottom and click OK. Answer the question about making changes with yes. Reboot the computer.

Windows 7 does not run in administrator mode for your safety but changing these settings should help.
