Suggestion of a vanity in a small bathroom

Unfortunately, our old house's master bath is smaller than a lot of 1/2 bathrooms and that is causing a lot of trouble to find a replacement vanity. The vanity can not be more than 22" at the base. The Orange or Blue places selling mostly MDF made vanities which I think may not last long.
Does anyone have any suggestion? My budget is $600 or less.
Aside that, does anyone has any strong feeling against a basin with small round shaped bowl. We have a toddler and I just feel that a smaller basin will cause lot of trouble with misfired gulps of water and mouthwash.

I just installed a Ronbow vanity cabinet/sink. The cabinet is available in I think 26 & 30" width. The bow front sink mounts on top of the cabinet. There in minimal but adequate for us storage in the cabinet. We had this in our small 1/2 bath in our last home and my wife insisted on it in the new small bath in our remodel. It was more than I wanted to spend, but it is a really nice fixture and the 12-13" deep cabinet seems to create space in the small bathroom.

Our bathrooms (especially our MB) are small as well. We had a local guy make our vanities, modeled after the Sonia Europa vanity. We stuck to the Europa's dimensions for the most part (ours are taller, so the drawers and doors/open space are proportionately taller as well), because we wanted to use the Sonia sinktops with ours. If you are planning to use separate counters/sinks, then you would have the flexibility to have your vanity made to your specs.

It might be worth checking with some local shops/cabinet makers, and see if they can make one to fit your budget. Our guy flaked out on us a few times (had his own personal issues going on at the time), but we were able to get well-made vanities with some nice features (the customized height as I'd mentioned, as well as Blum soft-close drawer glides), at a decent price.

Have you seen Strasser Woodenworks? They have 30" wide vanities with 3 drawers in them. And they come in 21" deep or 18" deep versions, so if you need a smallish vanity they might work. In the picture, black is the current layout. Green is the change if only shower was made bigger and one door would be eliminated. Red is a complet demo, removing the wall section between two toilets. All the water lines from upstairs are in the section of the wall that is between two toilets so removing this wall would require a major move of water lines to the side and there would have to be a section of wall kept behind new toilet and vanity. The door from master would have to be framed and move to the left as a pocket or barn door. The drowing is disproportionate. It is all very cramped in there Current shower is only 26"x26". But may be replacing vanity for a wall hung vanity in the larger bathroom would change the feel. It will all have to be torn down and replaced including removing subfloors as they are rotten. So either remodel will be a lot of work. What should we do?

yes it is meant to recess between existing studs, is skinnier that a stud space so there is wiggle room. it sticks out @ 1”. Here is a pic of the Signature Hardware one we did. I hate to complain because it looked fine, fit the space well, easy and relatively cheap. This was for a last minute quick update of a bathroom before listing in 1 day, not committing to any serious work. It’s skinny (about a foot) and easy enough to cut a hole in drywall & pop it in. top pic is my phone pics B&A the 1-day makeover, 2nd pic was from the realtor pics. i doubt the paint on that cabinet was even dry. ETA yes we put the hinge on the left so the door did not hit the light. That part was fine, what I didn’t like was the body of the cabinet was a flimsy plastic shell. Plain stud space would have looked better inside.

We just installed two vanities by Fairmont Designs. They're both decent quality. I checked online and they make 21" vanities, close to your budget. I'd recommend a vanity over a sink in anything other than a powder room.
