I may be way off on this but......... Is your librarian testing this link before she sends the reply? If so on her next reply have her click Reply all so that she gets a copy sent back to herself, then I suspect she will find the link is active. The other thought is if this is to the same address each time. If the other person has sent their message in plain text and your OE is set to reply in the same format then the link would not work. Click Tools/Options/Send tab and look at the last place to tick "Reply to messages using the format in which they were sent." Also you will see your librarian will have hers set at the bottom of that page to HTML Very curious about this so please let us know if this works.

Oh, I laughed out loud. I swear I've gotten every e-mail mentioned. One day I flushed the toilet while in a short nightgown, and I felt a drop of water hit my leg. LMBO Too Funny. I just got this from my wife this morning. Subject: Living Will Caution While I was watching the NFL games last weekend, my wife and I got into a conversation about life and death, and the need for living wills. During the course of the conversation I told her that I never wanted to exist in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and taking fluids from a bottle.
