I was looking hard at Restoration Hardware. American Standard has one, as does Kohler (Kathryn). These are all period/retro American, not modern, btw.

Duravit has quiet a few console sinks. I don't know whay style you were looking for and what your price point was. Take a look at IraWoods for Duravit comparative pricing.

essex lavatory sink w console was 18" deep, and we needed the smallest one we could find. st thomas has one but maybe too large, american standard retrospect is not too big, these are all retro/vintage type

You can pull together the different pieces of a console sink - the legs, a countertop (granite or marble), an undermount sink. Many of the bathroom fixtures shops in Manhattan carry these. I was stunned at how expensive it was - $600-800 just for the legs! $600 for a granite countertop. But only $100 for the sink, so thank goodness something was cheap. :-)

They were mostly very traditional styles, but I think I saw a couple that were more contemporary.
