Thunderbird server question - email

paulsm

We upgraded Thunderbird at home to ver 2.0 as well as the system at the office. On both systems we set the option to leave messages on the server till we deleted them.

What we wanted to accomplish was to read the messages if we were home and to reread them at the office if they were office related.

I am not sure how well this is working. We may have had a couple of slipups while we were setting this up. Right now the email counter shows about 15 emails on the server.

My question is... how do I read all the messages on the server and delete them if I want to.

A second question is when we upgraded to ver 2.0 I was not able to send a jpg photo file. If I remember correctly the server refused it... I remember the message related to a smtp file or comething like that. Is there something I need to do to use the latest version to be able to send a photo.

Thanks
