To be on the safe side, right click the file and rename. Something like mcs.rma.old and basi3260.dll.old Then restart the computer, it will be as if they are gone or deleted. If you find that Customer Service was wrong about deleting these files, you can always go back in an remove the .old at the end and be where you started with the orginal files. If everything works out ok, you can go and delete the files at your leisure. The warning for system folders and files is because they don't want you to willy nilly or randomly delete system files unless you know what's what.

While various little known programs exist that will convert the ra/rm RealPlayer to common formats, they may be a little hit and miss as to how well they work. A quick look at the Real website does show that the newest free version of RealPlayer for Windows does in fact have the capability to convert and transfer your entire library to a portable device. As a side note: There has been rumors of Microsoft discontinuing Zune hardware but Microsoft claims that they are simply just not bringing out new models, will be continuing the current models, and will continue to incorporate Zune into Windows based mobile phones.
