If you look at Firefox Add-ons under Tools, it indicates that particular plug-in is not compatible with Firefox 3.5.2.

Urlee... If your Real Player is working fine, I would not download anything. Read each item...and decide if you actually want or need the item. The 'critical' update, I think, wants to install the latest version. No need if your's is working correctly. The 'plug-ins' are just things you might want to have, although personally, I've never had any need for them. In fact, I seldom use Real at all. Real has way too much 'stuff' that uses resources. If this has just started and on 2 computers it is unlikely to be any error with your computers. Have you checked the file where the downloads get stored to see if they are coming in but the small box notifying you fails to appear? Assuming your downloaded files are in the Documents/Download file.... Right click Start, click Explore in the pop up Click the small plus sign beside Documents (My Documents?) on the left side Now look underneath Documents for Downloads Click on this to highlight and look on the right side to see if the latest downloads are listed.

Try changing the name of the file to *.ram and *.ra if .ram doesn't work For example, a JPEG can be .jpeg or .jpg and a TIFF can be .tif or .tiff ...
