Isn't Raven great - has so many terrific links. I use Picassa and find it so easy to use. After I edit a photo and want to save the changes, go to - File-'Save As' Then save it to a folder in My Pictures. I also use Photobucket and then I upload my pictures to that.

One other thing. Make sure on Picassa you use 'Save As'. Don't use 'Save a Copy'. If you use that it saves it with a Picassa extension which you don't want. Save As saves it as a .jpg

thanks y'all! glad you found Picasa does what you need. Those tutorials I gave you should show you how to do pretty much everything you will need. Just go down the list and watch them all you will be well educated in picasa.
