Kathleen, that is a good idea to see if the library can get any of them. The last time I went there, I checked out some decorating books--but couldn't find much with tablesettings or vignettes. I might ask at the information desk next time. You are right, books are an investment any more--nice to be able to check it out first. Labmomma, that was the part that amazed me about her show--that they changed out the "kitchen" decor to go with that day's theme. Sure makes it fun to see what it will be each time. LOL Now that I've sort of gotten used to her voice and mannerisms, I can actually concentrate on what she is making--I like the idea of semi homemade--the easier the better as far as I am concerned. But I mainly want to see her tablesettings! Wonder why? LOL Sandi, guess I am going to have to make a trip to Dollar tree in the next couple of days to check out those chargers (I don't have any yet of any kind) and see if they have the candle holders like you found. Hi all,,, she is out... and alright......... it is now recovery.spoke just now with my brotherinlaw about anesthia implications and he assured me that it is not as it used to be and that now they are better than we are at our own breathing so it is just recovery .......will talk to Max in the am again......for now peace to all...charlotte

Bumblebeez, I totally agree. Now, only in the last few years have I felt that way. Recently, someone very close to me in my family had an affair, NEVER would I have thought (nor her husband, he trusted her COMPLETELY)she would have done that! There are probably very few "mature" couples around these days, definately in the minority. Sure wish it wasn't that way. I used to travel for my job, and you could call me mature, because I never let anything happen, but, I could definately see how it could-easily. Especially for a guy, who, in most cases, aren't emotionally attached to that sort of thing. So, I quit my traveling job years ago because I knew it wasn't good for us. I pray my DH would never do that, but, then, we don't put ourselves in those kinds of situations. We don't smother each other, but, we know, traveling apart for long amounts of time, COULD lead to trouble. But, that is not the kind of relationship we want. I would love to say I trust him 100 percent, but, given what I have seen these last few months, has really opened my eyes. SB probably knew it was possible with her husband. I personally think he was always like that, and she thought (and rightly so)she was better than the porn tattoo girl and he would never stray FROM HER, I mean, she's Sandra Bullock! Jesse James, yuk anyway! (I know, looks aren't everything) I didn't even know who he was until she married him. He must have a great personality-HA! I like her, as much as I have seen of her, and hate that it happened to her. Surely, he had to have had a past record though.

I started ordering from Lee Valley when I did my kitchen over 6 yrs ago. I have the pull out beside my refrigerator, I also have the stainless measuring cups and spoons. I have the expandable drawer dividers, also the wall thing for hanging my pots and utensils behind my cook top. I have the danish dough whisk and the maslin pan ( mine has the lid..they no longer have the lid..it is the BEST pan you will ever ever cook in ) and the pie weights. I also have that microplane. The only things I got from them that were awful and a waste of money were the pink stretchy things to hold chickens to truss them..they break right away and also don't stay tight and a set of scissors that I got that were the Chinese supposed to be super sharp..ha..they went in the trash. Otherwise everything has been perfect. I may have to put together another order !!
