I feel the same way as warmfridge. It takes forever for anything to load. It's very frustrating. But in the couple of years that I've been here, it's always been one problem after another. Always. It is my opinion that the powers that be are so greedy that they give the members crappy software, worse tech support, and clearly have no interest in making meaningful improvements. It is the members who provide the posts, the ideas, the writing, the words. Consider Buehl, among others. She gives so much to these forums. Her advice would be worth real money in a different world. Tripadvisor.com is as busy as these forums are, but they don't screw up repeatedly, if ever. Their tech services support their members and provide trouble free (what's the word?) stuff. I always looked forward to garden webbing but have been so disappointed, and I, too, don't have the patience, or even interest, anymore. Losing valuable threads where so many members gave so much of themselves-so much time, effort and heart. "Search" is a vile joke. We must google to search. Are the high priced help truly that incompetent? Clearly, yes.

I've had this same problem for months too. It usually stops when I get the pop up message box about the script and I chose to stop the script. Other times FF freezes and crashes. It always happened right after I booted up and and opened FF. Just a couple days ago I did a FF update and it seems to have fixed the problem on a Win7Ultimate desktop. I hope this helps...
