That's the reason those programs may have been installed above.

Shax LOL, This is a prime example of what I was talking about in another post that I made about learning .. when trying to help others! When I saw your question .. Off I went to see if I had that game on my Vista. I didn't .. Until I found a Microsoft Help site that gave instructions on How to load it to your Explorer Game folder! Tell you the truth .. I Had No Idea and am very happy to have picked up this piece of info. I can see where it could be very tricky/confusing if you had never loaded it into your new pc. (Probably making no sense here .. It Is almost 5am .. Which BTW, "Should be Almost 6am"... DST UGH!) LOL

I don't use Outlook, so I'm probably not the one to help. But there is a repair option : How to repair your Outlook personal folder file (.pst) - not sure if that'd work. Also it's possible a filter was mistakenly set : Can't See All Outlook Messages in the Inbox
