Hmmm... is that taco meat? I use villagephotos. Free, easy, cut & paste code for a few pictures. It worked so well I bought into the buck a week level which give me more space and bandwidth then I'll every use. Nothing wrong with the free and they serve to ebay if you need to sell stuff. Steps are: Take picture. Move picture from camera to your computer. Edit with your photo software (some probably came with the camera). Cut the photo to the smallest usable size. Save picture to a folder on your computer's desktop. Folders can be made by right clicking on an empty spot and selecting the New Folder option from the menu that appears. Open your villagephoto account. Pick a photo album and there will be an Upload option. The Browse button will let you look around your computer for a picture... which is in the folder you made right on the desktop. Once in an album the text for url, html, or thumbnail will be under each picture you upload. Left click once to highlight the text. Then right click for cut, copy, and paste options. Copy html for full size and thumbnail for small pictures that can be clicked on. Paste the text into your gardenweb post where you want the picture to appear. When you preview your message it should be all there. In the old days combination keystrokes were used to copy, cut, and paste. They still work. Ctrl X will cut highlighted text. Ctrl C will copy. linda, thanks. I agree, your dad's hands would be the perfect focal point of your collage. As far as the pedicure goes, it's so great, I think you and your dad would love it, too. I had always been hesitant to have one, because I just have never been crazy about my feet. They're big (size 9's) and my toes are so long.....enough said, huh? As soon as they put my feet in the water, I totally relaxed and whatever stress I was feeling was swept away. I was so at ease I forgot to turn on the massager chair (Mama said that was one of her favorite parts!) They massage your calves and ankles and toes - oh, it was wonderful. Manicure was nice, too, but pedicure was the best! My mom lives 3 hours away, but we might just have to make this a regular date when we visit each other. Now, back to your photos. You live in a paradise - what part of the country do you live? Everything is so fresh and green - here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, flowers are fading. In fact, I went to my favorite nursery yesterday (the owner's daughter writes for a local magazine and said how gardening and visiting nurseries help with depression.) Usually that's the case, but what little they had left for the season looked as bad as my yard! I did find a few things - some gerber daisies, a hanging basket of yellow lantana, and a small pot of miniature geraniums. Last of all, those precious deer in your yard! One of God's most beautiful creations. The best I can come up with here are little rabbits that love our area, followed by raccoons and snakes! Better run. Sorry for the rambling. I am so missing my modem!!!!! Somehow, I am lost without the power to go online. I also still have fridge issues, and had to stay home ALL day long yesterday waiting for the repair person. First he was supposed to be here between 8 and noon, then a call informed me he was late, then another call informed me he was going to be there after 3, then I called at 4:30 to see if there was a chance that I didn't waste the WHOLE day for NOTHING.... and he finally showed up. Put a new switch in for the thermostat...which I know, will not fix anything, and was gone by 5:28. I grabbed my laptop and headed to the library, but drat, it was already closed. Fast forward to today. I finally put all my expenses from last July to today in to my computer, and felt like I needed a good break by noon. Called a friend, and changed clothes, got on my bike to meet up with him. We did a nice ride around the lake, and I stopped at Staples, and rode back home. Grabbed my computer and back to the library. Can't wait for that new modem to show up!!!!! So great that your DH was able to get all of that done for you. Nothing worse than having to wait when you have a project in mind to do. I had little GD yesterday afternoon. She is such a character. Crawled under the bushes where the dogs lay to stay out of the sun when outside. Took her shovel and little dump truck and was hauling dirt from one side of the bush to the other where the dogs had scratched out a hole. Told me she "fixed the hole" for me. ;o) When I told her it was time to go home, she did her usual "NO, I don't wanna go" whine. So I asked her why. She said "Cause Mommy will make me eat dinner and go to BED!" LOL Told my DIL she sure has "cruel and unusual" punishment at her house. ;o) I ran into Michael's, Homegoods, and Ross on my way back from taking her home. Bought a beaded pumpkin for $4.99 at Homegoods, and some little Fall picks at Michaels and a really neat ceramic pumpkin at Ross for $5.99. All of the fake pumpkins were $9.99 and up at Michaels. Why are those things so high? I'm still sort of looking for three small ones that are the right shape to paint on. Might just wait for the "after" sales and get them for next year. You know I'm thinking about something else, but not sure how it would look. At the TS, they have lots of those plastic Halloween pumpkins cheap. Wondering about taking the handles off, and gluing them in a stack. Was thinking it would be good for outside, and could use them facing one way for Fall, then turned around for Halloween. Might even be able to wrap a garland of leaves around them or glue some leaves and such where they are glued together. Then make an arrangement of silk flowers or fall leaves to stick out of the top. Wouldn't it be great if I could find graduated sizes of the pumpkins? Hmmm. (Then I've got another "big" thing to have to store! Storage space around here is really tight--my shed with all the decorations is pretty full already with all the Christmas and other holiday things.) Why is it that I want to keep making more T2T type things? Just some crazy urge to be creative. LOL Well, I've rattled on enough--better get moving. Going to meet six or seven of the gals I used to work with. We call ourselves the "lunch bunch" because we try to meet for lunch every other month. LOL Weather here has cooled off some too and I am loving it. I'm wanting to go see what pretty plants Lowe's might have. Be nice to add a little Fall color here and there in the yard.
