You're printing a document from Firefox? Please give more details. Is the printer set up as the default printer for this PC? If not, you need to establish a physically connection for the printer (to the PC, to the router, or is it wireless?) and then click on Start, Devices and Printers to establish the setup and have the printer recognized as the default device. You may need to reboot your PC, or restart whatever program you're printing from.

I am using a mobile device, Android tablet with boat browser and I see B bold, I Italics, the three little lines twice, the camera photo, Houzz photo, video, link. All directly below where I am typing my reply. Below that is the green submit button. I see the exact same thing on my Android phone. And my pc Windows 7 Firefox.

Just a thought... Is Internet Explorer set to block file downloads? Change IE Security Settings to Enable File Downloads (Credit to the above linked help page for the image) ------------------------------- . Another thought... Assuming she already has Google Chrome, can she download Firefox using that?

I agree about the inconvenience of the bottom of the page clutter, but I don't mind Houzz showing off their stuff. It doesn't seem to slow down the page loads. And the merchandise ads to the side are fine for similar reasons. Is it just luck, or did this fix also fix the jumping pages and randomly doubled or missing posts? Whatever it is, it's much much better. Thank-you, Houzz!
